Bruce founded a real estate investment and development company and has spent more than 50 years acquiring, investing in, and developing a diverse portfolio of real estate projects throughout the West Coast. His career has included the development of residential subdivisions, commercial space for national brands, office space, apartment communities, and a memory care center. His company was also one of the first companies in Oregon to provide workforce housing under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, helping expand quality housing opportunities for working families.

His projects have spanned the region from Astoria to Los Angeles to Phoenix, reflecting decades of leadership, vision, and a commitment to creating quality developments that have strengthened communities and generated long-term value.

Bruce earned a degree in finance and accounting from Portland State College.

We founded PS Test as a way of giving back to the community.

On a personal note, Bruce enjoys playing pickleball with Phyllis.
